- Breathe into the present breath of now.
- With your exhale emit the sound of OM, back to your center, back to your hOMe.
- Locate all emotions you are trying to process for others and to send them back to their right and perfect place with all relevant and appropriate information.
- Bring a sacred shape and tone around you and clear the upset of others.
- Stand in the waterfall of your essence.
- Calibrate your crystalline structures to the vibration of your essence.
