Increase your ability to connect with and hear your Guides and Spiritual Family. Your spiritual family is a resource that you can use while you are here in this world. We typically disconnect from our spiritual family around the age of 2 or 3. Reconnect and remember their love. Our spiritual family can also act as Guides.

• Ask your Spiritual Family to model right energy to you and to remind you of who you are and where you are from.
• Bring in all tools, wisdom, and mastery that you left on the other side.
• Locate any toxic homesickness that has built up from the times you have not felt them and release that toxicity.
