Master Soothing Yourself

Use this Cup to master soothing yourself, release the anxiety, stress, tension, and worry. Find a place deep within that is calm and safe. The more you look for soothing within yourself the more you are soothed.

 

  • Hold your energy in your divine line.
  • Invite the Higher Self of you, your body, and Teams to connect with whatever energy it is that you are connecting with that is creating a dissonance.
  • As you identify the irritant, bring all of your focus off this outer energy that is creating this dissonance.
  • Hold space for some energetic aspect of you to bring your focus and anchors back to your divine line.
  • Activate a current of calm in your divine line.
  • Hold responsibility for soothing yourself at the level of your Higher Self.
  • Look for the calm in your inner river of light/divine line.
  • Increase the current of calm in your divine line.
  • Return all responsibility that you are holding that is not your own.
  • Hold responsibility for your own needs in your own divine line.
May you activate a current of calm in your divine line and soothe yourself in every breath.
