Use this cup to release all resentments from moments you did not feel respected by another. Use the energy to clean up the moments in the past that still trigger you.

• Hold your awareness in your divine line.
• Invite the Higher Self of you, your body deva, and Team to energetically and consciously reference a moment that you are still triggered by when you were not respected by another. 
• Connect with them at the level of their Higher Self in a safe and sacred space in a higher realm.
• Unpack all of the layers of this issue and address the root issue in the higher realms.
• Allow for a healing, an energetic conversation, a deeper understanding, return all fragments, and responsibilities back to their right and perfect place.
• Retrieve all responsibility for being respected and honored.
• Imagine the one thing you wanted from this person and activate that vibrational need in your divine line.
• Hold the awareness that a solution and healing is happening between you and them in a higher realm. (It may take three or four days to feel this shift in the 3D realm.)
• Release all resentment.
