• Solstice is about a stronger connection in the loop. Trauma or painful experiences build up between the intersect point. We want to decrease the gap, but we can’t if there is too much pain. 
• Whale sounds can help heal the gap in the intersect point.
• Connect with the whales and frequencies of light that transform the build-up of trauma in the intersect points of your loops.
• Loops are meant to create connections.
• The heart chakra is very sensitive. Reference your heart threads and all your reference points for all your needs. 
• Make your heart threads clean and vertical.
• Retrieve resources that we may not have access to right now due to dimensional shifts in the past decade. 
• Connect If with your high vibrational path
• If you have been paused or waiting for maybe decades for ancestors to do their debriefs in other dimensions.
• End the waiting by assisting your ancestors to debrief.
• See yourself through eyes of clarity and joy
• Align your lens with your own light
• Clean your third eye and calibrate the lens to access opportunities
• Reference your crew on the other side. Request that they calibrate their fields to be empowered to explore new dimensions.
• Your spiritual family will open into new terrain.
